MORTADELLA KRAS - a divine secret
Mortadella, with its taste of the Mediterranean, has right-fully gained a place of prominence among cooked salamis.
At Kras we have enriched the original Italian recipe with our own ideas and come up with more types of mortadella, which we call KRAS, ELITA and PRIMORKA. The differ in form as well as taste. And we've done something very special with the Primorka mortadella, in which you'll be sure to detect the rich taste of the dry-cured ham we have added to the recipe.
The soft, pink slices, intense yet subtle aroma and the satisfying taste lead to a recognition of the distinctive aroma - fruit of a perfect balance between meat, fat and herbs.
The real secret is in the cooking, as only the most select ingredients will produce the familiar, uniquely-balanced taste.
Mortadella can be served thinly sliced od diced. If you're going to serve it diced then cut it just before serving to best preserve its aroma and taste.
It should be kept cool before slicing.
